Woodcut print
Guided by Kurma Nadham
These woodcut prints were made as part of an illustration course. The idea behind it was to illustrate a recurring dream that has been a part of my life ever since childhood. The print is called 'hickey' and shows the obvious relationship between a tiger and a deer—hunter and prey respectively.

*All are unique prints
The process included illustrating on paper first, painting it using using the desired colours, tracing it onto a MDF board, carving the first layer, and printing layer by layer. The entire process with variations of colour took about two weeks due to limited resources and more people. It took about two days for the print to completely dry.
